Process

The aim of creating good processes in a company is to create an integrated workflow so no one is reinventing the wheel on a daily basis.  I have found two components that make up the bedrock of highly functional and happier companies – clearly defined, transparent internal systems and well thought out company workspaces. After these foundational layers have been laid, expectations and employee accountability become part of your business’ culture, which in turn leads to higher satisfaction for employees and owners alike. In short, I help you define and choose systems that best suit your unique needs.

Sometimes without realizing it we struggle to maintain good communication inside our organization or we recognize the struggle but can’t find the will or a way to deal with it.  Hand written, electronic, and verbal miscommunication often leads to internal discord, and sooner or later, major problems both internally and externally occur.  I help you identify gaps in communication and provide solutions that will unify a more effective team.
